Rule 1- You eat when and what you have to eat without asking any question. (7 Golden rules of body building)

In this series I will talk about seven rules that I figured out from my years of experience as seven golden rules of muscle building. If you are willing to build solid muscles, these are the seven things you must do. The first and the foremost among all the important things would be diet.

You eat to provide what your body requires to build muscles, not to satisfy your appetite

This is the most important thing that you need to remember. You have to eat to provide sufficient nutrition to your body. And that is the sole purpose of eating. what you like and what you don't is irrelevant. So you have to eat what and when you are supposed to eat it without asking any question whether you like the taste of it or whether you feel hungry or not.

The best way to go about is to strictly follow a diet chart. A good diet chart is a diet chart with the quantity of food you need to eat alongside the amount of calorie per meal and the timing of each meals. CHeck this sample diet chart for bulking up.

Now I strongly recommend you fix your diet chart consulting a nutrition expert or your doctor cause we all are different, so following any random and general diet chart might not work for you best.

So just prepare your diet chart and start EATING!! if you want to get big you gotta eat big and clean.
